cuisine shows influence of different countries

and Nepal cuisine in many dishes .More than vegetarian
dishes, you will get non vegetarian dishes. Meat
and dairy products are a usual among people of
Sikkim.

Summer, Winter,
Monsoon, Autumn and Spring are the five seasons
of Sikkim.In summers temperature seldom goes
to maximum 28 °C and drops below 0°C in winters.
The average annual temperature for the foremost
part of Sikkim is recorded 18°C. The sun shines
bright in the state of Sikkim during the months
of March–May. Since its raining most
of the time in Sikkim therefore one can easily
feel
the
humidity in the air. Monsoon prevails from
late-June to early-September. Autumn stays
from September
to October and is a pleasant time for tourists
to visit the state.
In India, Sikkim is one of the few states that
receive regular snowfall. The proper winter
season starts from late December till February
