Terms & Conditions
Tariff:
|
The minimum
rental period is 12 hours in summer and 10 hours
in winter months; every hour in excess is calculated
as per daily rates. Rates include free 90kms/day.
Every kilometer in excess to 90 Kms will be charged
as per Tariff Plan. The Tariff rate includes
fuel and Chauffer. Incase of booking which is
more than 1 day Rs 500 will be charged for every
extra night and in this case accommodation and
food for chauffer will be provided by customer.

| The estimated
cost of hiring is payable in advance in addition to a
refundable deposit (in case of self driven) |
Insurance
|
All
vehicles are insured comprehensively and are
valid only for authorized renters and co-drivers
provided that there is no outstanding rental
payment. In the event of an accident or damage
to the vehicle the hirer will be responsible
for the amount mentioned on the rental agreement(Excess
Insurance Charge) except when the Collision Damage
Waiver(CDW) is purchased by the hirer. In case
of misuse of vehicle by the hirer he is liable
to pay for all damages, third party and the number
of days the vehicle remains in the workshop for
repair.

Accidents
|
In
the event of an accident or any damage to the
vehicle include missing parts, the hirer must
not move the vehicle from the scene. The police
should be informed immediately and a police report
must be obtained. Without this report the hirer
is responsible for the full cost of repairs.
No objection for repairs will not waver the liability
of the renter for accident.

Additional
Driver
|
Additional
driver can be added to the rental agreement. A charge
of Rs 300 will be made for each additional
named driver. Unauthorized driving will
revoke the vehicle insurance

Car Rental reserves the rights to rent
the car to any individual/Company

1. The vehicles are
not permitted to be driven out of the place mentioned
on the rent agreement
